The licenses fees are set by Ordinance and are subject to change:
- Arborist / Tree Removal license-$50.00 each year from date licensed for 1 year
- Auction License-$50.00 per day
- Bicycle License-$1.00
- Building Permits-residental.$16 per square foot (Fee schedule for commercial, industrial and residential remodel- contact Building inspector Raymond Fleming-777-1143/777-9516)
- Burn Permit-$10.00 per day with approval from the Fire Department
- Cereal Malt Beverage License-$50.00 to carry out, $200.00 drink on the premise (paid biennially)
- Contractor license fees-Building Class A & B-$100.00; Building Class D & C-$75.00; Mechanical, Electrical, Drain Layer, Plumbing, Water Well Drillers, Irrigation, $75.00-business, $20.00 each master and journeyman licensing per year
- Demolition Permit-$30.00
- Dog and cat license-$5.00 each year and for new animal
- Electric Permit-$25.00 plus fee schedule (Printable permit available on tool bar under Contractor Application for permit)
- Fireworks Permit-$8,500.00 ($6,000.00 plus a refundable $2,500.00 clean up deposit)
- Food Vending License-Daily-$100.00, $500.00 per year
- Gaming Licenses-$15.00 per game
- Garage Sale Permit-$5.00 for 3 consecutive days
- Golf Cart License-$50.00 per year
- Liquor Licenses-$600.00-Retail paid biennially "package" liquor; club/drinking establishment; Farm Winery/Microbrewery
- Mechanical Permits-$25.00 plus fee schedule (Printable permit available on tool bar under Contractor Application for permit)
- Park Impact fee-$300.00 (Paid in building permit)
- Park Permit-$10.00 user fee for all parks with overhead shelter; $20.00 for Main St. Park for electricity and $10.00 for restroom deposit (refundable when key is checked back in)
- Plumbing Permit-$25.00 plus fee schedule (Printable permit available on tool bar under Contractor Application for permit)
- Roofing Permit-$25.00 residential; $35.00 commercial Vendors License - $25.00 per day; $250.00 per year
