                                   The Carson Family donated the welcome sign to the City of
                       Mulvane from The Frank Carson Memorial.   Located at K-15 and Rock Rd.

                                This mural was painted on the side of a building now
                                owned by Deborah John & Associates located in the 
                     Chamber of Commerce Park in Downtown Mulvane on Main Street.

                              Donated by the Mulvane Marauders from their 
                                                     Showdown in the Valley Car Show proceeds.

                      The Santa Fe caboose is located in downtown Mulvane next to the 
                              Mulvane Historical Museum in Cobb Park in Mulvane on Main Street.

  Cobb Park on Main Street features a replica of an 1880's water 
    fountain donated by  the Mulvane Federated Women's Club. The 
     statue of the boy and his dog walking on the log was donated by 
     the Kenneth Kraus Memorial.  Cobb park is located by the Mulvane 
     Historical Museum in downtown Mulvane on Main Street.

The Mulvane Historical Museum was the original Sante Fe Depot
in Mulvane  in the early railroad days of Mulvane.

The Mulvane Old Settlers Celebration takes place the 3rd weekend of
August-(Friday, Saturday and Sunday).  Carnival rides,  parade, rodeo, 
car show, dancing, food and craft vendors, medallion hunt, park programs,
turtle races, window displays, golf tournament and a road run are a few of the
activities during the Old Settlers Days.  Main Street and Old Main Street
Park become the center of many of the fun-filled activities in August.

 

The Mulvane Sports Complex

The Mulvane Sports Complex located at 111th and Webb Rd. is the home of
many athletes throughout the year.   Softball, t-ball, baseball, soccer are
just a few sports that keep this facility a very active place in Mulvane.

 

THE MULVANE MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL

                 The Mulvane Municipal Swimming Pool opened in May 2007.  It is located 
                       at 111th St. So. and Webb Rd. across from the Mulvane Sports Complex. It
                        is a beautiful addition to the the Mulvane Community.  The swimming pool 
                       has a slide,  a play area for kids, a lazy river and many more fun activities.
                       The pool opens on Memorial weekend and closes after Labor Day weekend.
