PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!  Disconnects on utility bills are the 20th of the month or the next Monday after the weekend the 20th of the month falls on.

Beginning the 20th June 2010, if we have not received your payment for your utlitiy bill when the city building opens at 8:00 a.m. you will be assessed an automatic administration fee of $30.00, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Your name will be put on the cut-off list and your utilities will be disconnected on the 20th (or next regular business day).  You will have to pay a $30.00 Administration fee if your name is on the current list in addition to your current utility bill, additional deposits, if required, and reconnect fees of $75.00 if reconnected after 5:00 p.m.

If the utility bill and all other fees are paid after 5:00 p.m., your utilities will be reconnected after 8:00 p.m. on the evening of the 20th if you choose to pay the $75.00 reconnect fee or you can wait until the next to have the utilities reconnected and avoid the $75.00 fee.

PAY YOUR UTILITY BILL BY MIDNIGHT ON THE 19TH TO AVOID THE $75.00 FEE.

Credit Card user be advised that a $3.95 transaction fee will be changed to pay your bill with a credit card or debit card as of May 10, 2010.
