Mayor Ford has been a resident of Mulvane since September 1979. He retired from the USAF as a Major on June 30, 1979 and from Boeing on March 30, 2004. He married Ann Owsley in 1958 and they have three grown children: Cathrine of Lancaster, SC; Cheryl of rural Peck, Ks. and David of Niceville, FL. Mayor of Mulvane May 1983 - April 1988. May 1995 - Present. Member of the Mulvane City Council intermittently between 1990 and 1995. jford23@cox.net
