Kansas Standard Offence Report (KSOR)

A citizen involved in a criminal case may request a copy of their criminal case report however, they can ONLY receive page 1 of the KSOR.

The fee for page 1 KSOR is $10.00 cash, check, or card (addition processing fee for Cards).

A citizen may also request to view the full paper content of the case by setting an appointment with the Custodian of Records Supervisor.  No notes, photos, videos of the case content will be copied at any time.

If an Attorney is retained, the attorney representing the subject my request on letter head a full copy of the case.  This may include case copy, booking videos, WatchGuard videos, surveillance videos.  Once the letter of request is received, Records custodian will call the Attorney with the appropriate amount due.   

If the Subject chooses to represent themselves, they will enter their appearance on the Case with the Municipal Court Clerk. Then the Court Clerk will advise records custodian.  The custodian will call the subject with the appropriate amount due for full case content.

Case copy                   $10.00

Booking                       $10.00

WatchGuard Video   $25.00

Surveillance Video    $25.00
